About

Pam Williams, president and principal designer, along with Don Williams, CFO, founded the company in 1998. They started out in a retail location specializing in furniture, flooring, wallcoverings, lighting, and art. In 2008, after relocating to the Raleigh area, the company settled in North Raleigh in Wakefield Plantation and is located at 3040 Berks Way. Raleigh Design Associates is proud to be a certified woman-owned business.

This range of experience has provided her with knowledge of the specific and unique needs of each of these types of businesses.

Lynda Cipolla

20 years of office management experience

Lynda's expertise lies in supporting business operations and providing executive-level assistance. Her experience working for large franchises has taught her to manage time and resources for maximum efficiency.

Don Williams

37+ years corporate finance/accounting experience

Don has 33 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant and 12 years in corporate finance.
